Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. In just one year she obtained her professional license aged 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years and set higher goals every year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to complete her degree at college. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. It is common to warm up prior to the training. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
